Tamra is a Los Angeles-based voice teacher and acting coach with an international roster (thanks ZOOM!) of professional actors, singers, and musicians. Her students have appeared in Broadway productions (recently; INTO THE WOODS, and CAMELOT) and in national tours, regional theatre, high school musicals, films and professional pop/rock bands.

Tamra is a professional singer and actress best known for starring as “Christine Daae” in Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber’s THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA opposite Michael Crawford and Davis Gaines. Performance credits include international work in concerts, opera, musical theatre, off-Broadway, film, and commercials with composers and directors such Harold Prince, Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber, Daniel Catan and Tobias Picker. Tamra holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from The University of Michigan SMTD and is a member of SAGAFTRA, AEA and NATS.

As a college audition prep coach for over 20 years, and Founder/Director of her company, COLLEGE AUDITION MENTORS, Tamra is proud of her amazing clients who have been accepted into programs in BFA Musical Theatre, BFA and BA Theatre, and BM Vocal Performance around the globe! Those schools include: The University of Michigan, The Juilliard School, Syracuse University, Chapman University, UCLA, USC, CalState Fullerton, PACE University, Eastman School of Music, NYU Tisch School of the Arts, Molloy/Cap21, Northwestern University, Vanderbilt’s Blair School of Music to name a few!
